Services

P3 Safety Solutions, LLC provides safety training and consulting services. All course descriptions, schedules, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Enrollment in a course does not guarantee certification unless all course requirements are met.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled course may be subject to a cancellation fee. P3 Safety Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In the event P3 Safety Solutions cancels a course, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled session.

Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. P3 Safety Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
