P3 Safety Solutions, LLC ("P3 Safety Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our related services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you give us when you use our forms and services:

Contact and quote requests: your name, company, email address, phone number and message.
Class registrations: your name, email address, phone number, company, the number of people you are registering and any notes you add.
Fit testing bookings: your contact details and company, the dates and times you request, the number of people and respirator types, the service address for on-site testing, and any notes you add.
Respirator hazard assessments: your contact details, work locations, job roles, the respirators each role uses and the workplace hazards involved.
Job applications: your contact details, the area you are interested in, your message and your résumé.
Training and certification records: the name and company of each participant, the course, dates, instructor and attendance, and, where we collect them at check-in, a photo and signature.
Fit test records: the respirator make, model and size tested, the result and the date.
Chat assistant: the messages you type, the answers given, the page you were on and your IP address.

Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number; we receive confirmation of the payment and its amount.

Medical evaluations and online respirator training. These are provided through Proxima. Participants complete the medical questionnaire and the training on Proxima’s website, under Proxima’s privacy policy. We receive the paperwork that documents the result so we can complete fit testing and provide records to the employer.

Information collected automatically. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our servers also process your IP address to deliver the site, prevent abuse and limit repeated form submissions.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and deliver training and fit testing, take payment, send confirmations, reminders and receipts, issue and verify certificates, provide training and fit test records to the employer that booked them, consider job applications, and keep our website and services secure. We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing communications.

Certificate Verification

Certificates we issue can be checked at verify.p3safetysolutions.com, so that employers, site owners and inspectors can confirm that someone completed a course. Anyone can search by certificate number or by name. A result shows the certificate holder’s name, the course, the issue and expiration dates, the instructor and, where one is on file, the photo on the certificate. If you have questions about a record shown there, contact us.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows:

With the employer that booked your training or fit testing, including your attendance, certificates and fit test records.
With service providers that run parts of our services for us: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting, data storage and analytics), Resend (email delivery), Google (email and calendars), Anthropic (answers from our chat assistant) and Proxima (medical evaluations and online respirator training). They may use the information only to provide those services.
Through certificate verification, as described above.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of P3 Safety Solutions, our clients or the public.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to maintain training, certification and fit test records, which employers and regulators may ask for years after the training took place. Inquiries and job applications are kept only as long as needed to respond to them. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us at [email protected]; we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Cookies and Browser Storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our chat assistant stores a session identifier in your browser so that a conversation can continue from page to page, and our class pages briefly store the list of upcoming classes so they load faster. Cloudflare, which hosts this website, may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security. You can clear this storage or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Our Portals and Other Websites

Our client portal, instructor portal and certificate verification site are operated by P3 Safety Solutions and are covered by this policy. This website also links to websites run by others, such as Stripe and Proxima. We do not control their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Your Choices

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. If your training was booked by your employer, we may need to check with them before changing records they rely on.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received such information, we will delete it promptly.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no transmission of data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you submit.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
